Vjandep has several variants of Pastels. From the original custard or "yema" fillings, Vjandep has developed other fillings made from local fresh fruits.

Pastries

Vjandep produces a variety of pastries using local and organic ingredients. Throughout the years we have built relationships with several local farms and orchards and we buy whatever is in season

Breads

Vjandep has been baking using organic flours and has always been conscious of the quality of our ingredients. With a growing concern about the source of food, we have worked to make our hand made breads and pastries contain even more locally grown products.

Loafs

Vjandep's ingredient lists are quite short, and one need not have an advanced degree in chemistry to understand what goes into our fresh-baked breads, sandwiches, and sweets. We use no preservatives, no chemical additives and no artificial ingredients. Most breads contain no oils.

Others

For special occasions or everyday meals, pick up one of our layer cakes and pies. Local ingredients are particularly important with our pastry products.
